Platform security

Aqxle runs on Lovable Cloud with managed infrastructure, automated security patches, and encrypted data in transit and at rest. Authentication and access control are handled through the platform's identity layer.

Data handling

• Free audit requests collect only a work email and brand domain by default. Optional details are provided at your discretion.
• Client diagnostics are never published. Public benchmarks are derived from observable AI answers and retail shelf signals, not from customer data.
• We use row-level security and role-based access controls in our backend database.

Third-party services

We rely on a small set of providers for hosting, email delivery, analytics, and consent management. Each is vetted for reasonable security practices and used under strict scope limits.
