Trust Center

This page is maintained by Aqxle to answer common security and privacy questions about our platform and services.

Platform and hosting

Aqxle is built on modern cloud infrastructure with automatic scaling, redundancy, and regional deployment options. Our hosting provider maintains industry-standard physical and network security controls.

Data collection and use

We collect only the data necessary to deliver our services and communicate with you. For detailed information about what we collect, how we use it, and your rights, please see our Privacy Policy.

Access and authentication

Internal access to production systems is restricted to authorized personnel and protected by multi-factor authentication (MFA). We follow the principle of least privilege and review access permissions regularly.

Subprocessors and integrations

We engage a limited set of subprocessors to deliver our services, including cloud infrastructure, analytics, and communication providers. We assess their security practices before onboarding and maintain Data Processing Agreements (DPAs) where required.

Cookies and analytics

We use analytics and session recording tools to improve our website experience. These are loaded only after you grant consent via our cookie banner. For full details, see our Cookie Policy and Privacy Policy.

Retention and deletion

We retain data only for as long as necessary for the purposes described in our Privacy Policy or as required by law. When data is no longer needed, we delete it securely.

Privacy requests

You can exercise your data rights — including access, correction, deletion, and portability — by contacting us at hello@aqxle.ai. We aim to respond within 30 days.

Security contact

If you discover a security vulnerability or have a security concern, please contact us at hello@aqxle.ai. We appreciate responsible disclosure and will investigate all reports promptly.
